Why is my account locked?
There are many reasons why your Stash account may be locked. To get specific information about your situation, please give us a call at 800-205-5164 from 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. ET Monday-Friday, or email us at [email protected] so that a representative can assist you with unlocking your account.
Note: You may be required to provide some documentation to unlock your account. Login to your Stash app to see if you have a prompt to upload documents. You can upload your documents directly in the Stash app. This may be a quicker process to unlock your account.
