The Company’s principal activity is to develop and support an online-hosted technology platform that enables independent game developers to host tournaments and provide competitive gaming activity to end-users. The Company is engaged in operate a marketplace that connects the world through competition, serving both developers and users. The platform has over 40 million registered users and hosts an average of over five million daily tournaments, including 1.5 million paid entry daily tournaments offering over $100 million in prizes each month. The Company offers software development kit (SDK) that contains over 200 features in an approximately 15-megabyte package, which allows over-the-air updates. It also offers developer console that allows the developers to monitor, integrate and update their games over the air.
