Its lead development program is KZR-616. KZR-616 is a selective small molecule inhibitor of the immunoproteasome. Its second program focuses on small-molecule modulators of the protein secretion pathway. Its protein secretion program is focused on the areas of oncology, inflammation and immune-oncology.
