Its platform is focused on engineered macrophages, cells that plays a role in both the innate and adaptive immune response. Its pipeline includes multiple chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) macrophages designed to target solid tumors by engineering a patient’s own immune cells. Its technology leverages advances in macrophage biology, chimeric antigen receptor engineering, and cellular therapy for the treatment of human disease. The Company's pipeline includes CT-0508, CT-0525, CT-1119 and CT-0729. Its CT-0508 and CT-0525 is an ex vivo gene-modified autologous CAR-Macrophage cellular therapy to treat solid tumors that overexpress human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) metastasis. Its CT-1119 is a ex vivo gene-modified autologous CAR-Macrophage cellular therapy.
