The Company facilitates the commercialization of new therapies by supplying solutions that maintain the health and function of biologic materials during collection, development, manufacturing and distribution. Its CryoStor freeze media and HypoThermosol hypothermic storage media are optimized to preserve cells in the regenerative medicine market. Its Sexton cell processing product line includes human platelet lysates (hPL) for cell expansion. Its CellSeal cryogenic vials, which are rigid containers used in cell and gene therapy (CGT). Its CryoCase cryo-compatible transparent rigid containers are designed for closed-system fill and retrieval, and automated cell processing machines. The Company’s ThawSTAR product line is composed of a family of automated thawing devices for frozen cell and gene therapies packaged in cryovials and cryobags.
