The Promotion: During this promotion Stash will double the cash back you earn, up to a maximum of five-dollars ($5), when you make qualifying purchases at participating merchants on Stash Cash Back on Saturday, November 24, 2018 (the “Promotion”). The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein (the “Promotion Terms”).

Eligibility: To be eligible for this Promotion, you must (i) have a Stash Invest Account (as defined below); (ii) be enrolled in, and have agreed to, the Terms and Conditions of the Stash Cash Back Program; and (iii) have received an email communication from Stash that includes a link to these Promotion Terms. A “Stash Invest Account” is an individual brokerage account advised by Stash Investments LLC. Tax-advantaged accounts, including Stash Retire and Stash Custodial accounts, are not eligible for the Promotion.

Participants who make qualifying purchases during the Promotion will receive a one-time credit equal to the amount of all cash back earned at participating merchants during the Promotion, up to a maximum of five-dollars ($5) (“Bonus Cash Back”). Without limiting any of the other conditions of the Promotion Terms or the Terms and Conditions of the Stash Cash Back Program, if you return, chargeback, cancel, dispute, or otherwise request a refund for a qualifying purchase for which you have already received cash back, we may reduce the amount of cash back and any Bonus Cash Back you may subsequently earn.

As noted in the Stash Cash Back Program Terms and Conditions, not all transactions with your registered Visa, MasterCard and/or American Express card are tracked by Visa, MasterCard and American Express, respectively. You acknowledge that Visa, MasterCard, and American Express may be unable to monitor every transaction made with your enrolled Visa, MasterCard, or American Express card, including (i) PIN-based purchases, (ii) purchases you initiate through identification technology that substitutes for a PIN, (iii) payments made through other payment methods (such as a digital wallet or a third-party payment app, where you may choose your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express card as a funding source but you do not present your card directly to the merchant), (iv) payments of existing balances, balance transfers, or (v) transactions that are not processed or submitted through the Visa U.S.A., MasterCard, and/or American Express payment systems, and that these transactions are not eligible.

Payment of Bonus Cash BackAny Bonus Cash Back earned will accumulate throughout the promotional period and will not appear or be reflected on your transaction receipt from the merchant at the time of purchase. Subject to eligibility verification and settlement of a qualifying purchase, Bonus Cash Back (up to a maximum of five-dollars ($5)) will be reflected as a one-time credit to your Stash Invest Account Cash Balance approximately 20 calendar days after the end of the month in which the qualifying purchase(s) was made, but may be subject to delays. Your Stash Invest Account must be open and in good standing at the time we initiate the credit, or else the Bonus Cash Back will be forfeited. We reserve the right to determine in our sole discretion whether an account is closed or in good standing. You will not be entitled to any compensation from Stash or Empyr, Inc. or from any other source if your Bonus Cash Back is forfeited for any reason.

Other InformationStash is not responsible for incorrect entry or other failure on your part to meet the eligibility standards for qualifying for this Promotion. Stash reserves the right to terminate this Promotion at any time. Stash may refuse to credit or may recover any Bonus Cash Back if Stash determines that such funds were obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided in opening the Stash Invest Account, or that any conditions of the Promotion Terms, the Stash Cash Back Program Terms and Conditions, or Stash Investment LLC’s Advisory Agreement have been violated.
