- Early access to direct deposit funds depends on when the payor sends the payment file. We generally make these funds available on the day the payment file is received, which may be up to 2 days earlier than the scheduled payment date.

- The money in a custodial account is the property of the minor.
- Not all stocks pay dividends, and dividend payments are not guaranteed. Dividends are generally taxable income and may be subject to additional taxes. Refer to IRS guidance for more information.
- A Smart Portfolio is an account that Stash has full authority to manage. Stash-Managed Portfolios with balances equal to or exceeding $1000, calculated daily, are subject to an additional fee of 0.25% of the account balance charged every three months. Diversification and asset allocation do not guarantee profits or protect against loss, including loss of principal.
- Stash does not rebalance portfolios or otherwise manage Personal Portfolio Accounts. Recommendations through the Diversification Analysis tool and the AI Money Coach tool are considered personalized investment advice. No asset allocation is a guarantee against loss of principal.
- To be eligible to receive a Stock Reward through StockParty, you must complete the account registration process and open a Personal Portfolio account in good standing. This program is subject to Terms and Conditions.
