Its principal business activity has been lending to and accepting deposits from individuals, businesses, municipalities and other entities. It provides a full range of commercial and consumer banking products and services, business equipment financing, merchant credit card services, trust and investment management, and insurance and financial planning services. The Company markets its lending products and services to qualified lending customers through branch offices and high touch personal service. It focuses its business development and marketing strategy primarily on middle market businesses. Its Commercial lending products include owner occupied commercial real estate loans, commercial real estate investment loans, commercial loans, real estate construction loans, multifamily loans and loans to purchase farmland and finance agricultural production.
