The Company’s operations are primarily conducted through its wholly owned subsidiaries, HomeStreet Statutory Trusts and HomeStreet Bank (the Bank). It operates approximately 56 full-service bank branches in Washington, in Northern and Southern California, in the Portland, Oregon area and in Hawaii, as well as three primary stand-alone commercial lending centers located in Southern California, Idaho and Utah. Its consumer loan portfolio is comprised of the single-family and home equity loan classes. The commercial loan portfolio is comprised of the non-owner occupied commercial real estate (CRE), multifamily, construction and land development, owner-occupied CRE and commercial business loan classes.
