About GRWG

GrowGeneration, Corp. is a farm supply company. The Company owns and operates retail hydroponic and organic specialty gardening retail outlets. It is engaged in selling of products, such as organic nutrients and soils, advanced lighting technology, hydroponic and aquaponic equipment, and other products needed to grow indoors and outdoors. The Companyís products include harvesting, soils and mediums, containers and trays, pest and disease control, nutrients and additives, hydroponics, grow lights, fans and ventilation, and cloning and propagation. It also operates an online superstore for cultivators, located at www.growgeneration.com. Its subsidiary, GrowGeneration Hemp Corp, is engaged in developing and selling hemp agricultural products. It owns and operates a chain of approximately 31 retail hydroponic/gardening stores. The Company serves a community of commercial and urban cultivators growing specialty crops including organics, greens and plant-based medicines.
