EQT Corporation (EQT) is a natural gas company. It is a natural gas production company with operations focused in the Marcellus and Utica shales of the Appalachian Basin. The Company approximately has 17.5 trillion cubic feet equivalents (Tcfe) of proved natural gas, natural gas liquids (NGLs) and crude oil reserves across approximately 1.3 million gross acres, including approximately 1.1 million gross acres in the Marcellus play. The Company operates through one segment, and all its assets and operations are located in the Appalachian Basin.
