It provides digital infrastructure, software solutions and services to its third-party customers. It employs its own fleet of computers (miners) to earn bitcoin for its own account and provides hosting services for bitcoin mining and high-performance computing customers at its eight operational data centers in Georgia (two), Kentucky (one), North Carolina (one), North Dakota (one) and Texas (three). Its segments include Digital Asset Self-Mining, Digital Asset Hosted Mining and HPC Hosting. Digital Asset Self-Mining segment consists of digital asset mining for its own account. Digital Asset Hosted Mining segment consists of its digital infrastructure and third-party hosting services for digital asset mining. HPC Hosting segment consists of its hosting services for high-performance compute operations.
