Vital Farms, Inc. is a food company. The Company packages, markets and distributes shell eggs, butter, hard-boiled eggs, ghee and liquid whole eggs. The Company produces approximately five pasture-raised products sourced from animals raised on small family farms. The Companyís products include pasture-raised shell eggs, pasture-raised butter, pasture-raised hard-boiled eggs, pasture-raised ghee, pasture-raised liquid whole eggs and pasture-raised egg bites. Its products are sold under the brands, including Vital Farms, Alfresco Farms, Lucky Ladies and RedHill Farms, primarily to retail foodservice channels in the United States. The Company sources its pasture-raised products from a network of family farms. The Companyí subsidiaries include Vital Farms Arkansas, LLC, Vital Farms Missouri, LLC, Backyard Eggs, LLC, Barn Door Farms, LLC and Sagebrush Foodservice, LLC.
