Syndax Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing a pipeline of combination therapies in multiple cancer indications. The Companyís product candidate, entinostat, is a once-weekly, oral, small molecule, Class I histone deacetylases (HDAC) inhibitor that being evaluated in the Phase III E2112 registrational clinical trial in combination with exemestane for hormone receptor positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative, and breast cancer. The Companyís clinical-stage product candidate, SNDX-5613, is the orally available, small molecule inhibitor of the interaction of menin with the mixed lineage leukemia protein (MLL). It is developing SNDX-5613 as a targeted therapy to treat two genetically defined acute leukemias: mixed lineage leukemia-rearranged (MLLr), and acute myeloid leukemia (AML), with a mutated nucleophosmin 1. It is also developing SNDX-6352, a monoclonal antibody targeting the colony stimulating factor-1 receptor.
