It uses targeted augmentation of nuclear gene output (TANGO) to effect targeted enhancement of gene expression. It provides TANGO, which is a precision medicine platform for treating a category of genetic diseases, such as autosomal dominant haploinsufficiency. TANGO is designed to address protein deficiency by upregulating target protein expression.
