The Company’s lead product candidate, DURAVYU, is an investigational-sustained delivery treatment for anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (anti-VEGF) mediated retinal diseases combining vorolanib, a selective and patent-protected tyrosine kinase inhibitor with Durasert E. DURAVYU is in Phase III pivotal trials for wet age-related macular degeneration. Additional pipeline programs include EYP-2301, a promising TIE-2 agonist, razuprotafib, formulated in Durasert E to potentially improve outcomes in serious retinal diseases. DURAVYU is also being advanced for the treatment of diabetic macular edema (DME) with the first patient dosing in Phase III trials.
