Omeros Corporation is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in discovering, developing and commercializing small-molecule and protein therapeutics for large-market as well as orphan indications targeting inflammation, complement-mediated diseases and disorders of the central nervous system. The Companyís drug product OMIDRIA (phenylephrine and ketorolac intraocular solution) is used during cataract surgery or intraocular lens (IOL) replacement. The Companyís clinical-stage development programs are focused on complement-associated thrombotic microangiopathies, complement-mediated glomerulonephropathies, Huntingtonís disease and cognitive impairment, and addictive and compulsive disorders. It also offers a diverse group of preclinical programs and platforms that are used to unlock new G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) drug targets and to generate antibodies.
