The Company owns and operates approximately 12 water and wastewater utilities in communities around metropolitan Phoenix. Its subsidiaries include Global Water, LLC, Balterra Sewer, LLC, CP Water Company, LLC, Hassayampa Utilities Company, LLC, West Maricopa Combine, LLC, Valencia Water Company, LLC, Water Utility of Northern Scottsdale, LLC and Willow Valley Water Co., LLC.
