Waste Connections, Inc. is an integrated solid waste services company that provides non-hazardous waste collection, transfer, disposal and recycling services. Through its R360 Environmental Solutions subsidiary, the Company is a provider of non-hazardous exploration and production (E&P), waste treatment, recovery and disposal services in several of the active natural resource producing areas in the United States. It also provides intermodal services for the rail haul movement of cargo and solid waste containers in the Pacific Northwest through a network of intermodal facilities. The Company operates through six segments E&P segment, Eastern segment, Southern segment, Western segment, Central segment and Canada segment. The Companyís E&P segment includes E&P waste treatment and disposal operations. The E&P segment services E&P customers located in Louisiana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas, Wyoming and along the Gulf of Mexico.
