Stash - Partial Fixed-Fee Waiver
Promotion Terms and Conditions

The Promotion

Effective June 29, 2026 (the “Effective Date”), if you affirmatively attest that you are active duty military, reserve military, a veteran, or otherwise affiliated with the U.S. military, through the applicable offer message or enrollment flow, and otherwise satisfy the eligibility requirements below, you will be eligible to receive a discount on the fixed fee portion of your Stash Fee (as defined in your Advisory Agreement) of either:

(1) if you elected to be billed for your Stash subscription on a monthly frequency, you will be eligible to receive a discount off the fixed fee portion of your monthly Stash Fee, resulting in a monthly subscription price of $10 per month during your Fee Waiver Period  (as defined below) or 

(2) if you elected to be billed for your Stash subscription on an annual basis, you will be eligible to receive a discount off the fixed fee portion of your annual Stash Fee, resulting in an annual subscription price of $100 per year during your Fee Waiver Period. 

This Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein (the “Promotion Terms”).

The partial fee waiver available pursuant to this Promotion is for a portion of the fixed fee portion of your monthly or annual, as applicable, Stash Fee for your Fee Waiver Period only. Accordingly, even if you fully satisfy all of the Promotion Terms, you will remain responsible for the remaining fixed fee portion of your Stash Fee, any asset-based portion of your Stash Fee, any ancillary fees you owe that are not included in your Stash Fee, whether due on your Stash Invest Account, Stash Banking account, Stash Retire account, Stash Smart Managed account, and/or Stash Custodial account, as applicable, and the total amount of your monthly or annual Stash Fee once your Fee Waiver Period expires. 

Eligibility

To be eligible to qualify for a fee waiver under this Promotion, you must have (i) received an offer to participate in this Promotion directly from Stash, (ii) elect to participate in the Promotion, (iii) affirmatively attest through the applicable offer message or enrollment flow that you are active duty military, reserve military, a veteran, or otherwise affiliated with the U.S. military (Stash does not require separate documentation or third-party verification of military status to participate in this Promotion), and (iv) either have an active Stash platform tier service subscription plan at the time you received the offer or enroll in the Stash subscription at the time you begin to participate in the Promotion.

You will not be eligible to participate or continue to participate in this Promotion if (a) you cancel your Stash subscription plan following your election to participate in this Promotion, prior to the beginning of your Fee Waiver Period, or during your Fee Waiver Period, or (b) you otherwise do not complete the eligibility steps in a manner consistent with the previous sentence.  

If you satisfy all of the conditions in the previous paragraphs, and you are a customer who elected to be billed on a monthly frequency, you will be eligible to receive a discount off the fixed fee portion of your monthly Stash Fee, resulting in a monthly subscription price of $10 per month for the first full billing period starting after the date you satisfy the eligibility criteria, and continuing for twelve (12) monthly billing periods (your “Fee Waiver Period”). For the avoidance of doubt, upon the conclusion of the Fee Waiver Period and for all subsequent months, the waiver will expire, and the monthly fixed fee will revert to the standard rate of $12.

If you satisfy all of the conditions in the eligibility paragraphs, and you are a customer who elected to be billed on an annual frequency, you will be eligible to receive a discount off the fixed fee portion of your annual Stash Fee, resulting in an annual subscription price of $100 per year for the first full annual billing period starting after the date you satisfy the eligibility criteria (such period, your “Fee Waiver Period”). For each annual period following your Fee Waiver Period, if you continue to satisfy all of the conditions in the eligibility paragraphs and continue to elect to be billed on an annual frequency, the partial fee waiver provided under this Promotion shall continue, however, the amount of the partial annual fixed fee waiver that you will be eligible for will be made available to you by Stash at that time. 

Other Information

Your account with Stash must be open and in good standing to receive any fee waiver under this Promotion. If your account is closed or not in good standing for any reason at any time, any fee waiver you are eligible to receive hereunder will be forfeited. An account in good standing for purposes of this Promotion is an account for which all required account opening documentation has been completed and verified, and is not locked, or restricted, or otherwise flagged in any way. Stash reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether an account is closed and/or in good standing.

Stash is not responsible for any failure on your part to meet standards for qualifying for or satisfying this Promotion. Stash may withhold or recover any fees waived or rebated if Stash determines that such fee waiver or rebate was obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, or was awarded to you in error, or that you received an invitation to participate in this Promotion in error, or that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided when opening your account, or that any terms of our Advisory Agreement, Terms of Use, or these Promotion Terms have been violated. Stash reserves the right to amend and/or cancel this Promotion and/or these Promotion Terms at any time. Promotion available to U.S residents only. This Promotion is not valid with any other promotions and is non-transferrable.

If, for any reason, this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Stash which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Stash reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with this Promotion, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion. In the event of termination, Stash may in its sole discretion award a fee waiver to those who have satisfied the eligibility criteria set forth herein up until the time of termination. Stash assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, this Promotion. Stash is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Stash on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion.
