Stash $5 Deposit Promotion Terms and Conditions

Effective Date of November 5, 2025

The Promotion

When you complete a single deposit of funds in an amount of $5.00 (five dollar) or more into an Individual Account (as defined below) in accordance with the eligibility requirements, including during any time period set forth below, we will make a one-time deposit of $50.00 (fifty dollars) into the cash balance of your Personal Portfolio (as defined below). 

In addition, you will be eligible to receive a waiver of either (1) if you are customer who has elected to be billed on a monthly frequency, the fixed fee portion of your monthly Stash Fee (as defined in your Advisory Agreement) for your Fee Waiver Period (as defined below), or (2) if you are a customer who has the Stash Starter subscription and elected to be billed on an annual basis, $9 of the $32 fixed fee portion of your annual Stash Fee for your Fee Waiver Period, or (2) if you are a customer who has the Stash Plus subscription and elected to be billed on an annual basis, $36 of the $129 fixed fee portion of your annual Stash Fee for your Fee Waiver Period.

The fee waiver available pursuant to this Promotion is for all or a portion of the fixed fee portion of your monthly or annual, as applicable, Stash Fee for your Fee Waiver Period only. Accordingly, even if you fully satisfy all of the Promotion Terms, you will remain responsible for the remaining fixed fee portion of your Stash Fee (if any), any asset-based portion of your Stash Fee, any ancillary fees you owe that are not included in your Stash Fee, whether due on your Stash Invest Account, Stash Banking account, Stash Smart Managed account, and/or any other type of Stash account, as applicable, and the total amount of your monthly or annual Stash Fee once your Fee Waiver Period expires.

These Promotions are subject to the terms and conditions stated herein (the “Promotion Terms”).

For purposes of this Promotion, an Individual Account includes an individual taxable brokerage account advised by Stash Investments LLC (including any custodial account or a discretionary managed account), an individual retirement account advised by Stash Investments LLC, and a Stash Banking account powered by Stride Bank, N.A.

Eligibility - Bonus Funds

To be eligible to participate in this Promotion and receive the Bonus Funds (as defined below), you must complete the following requirements that are included in your offer message to participate in this Promotion following the effective date of these Promotion Terms: (i) affirmatively elect to participate in the Promotion through your offer message, (ii) successfully have completed the designated registration process of opening an individual taxable brokerage account advised by Stash Investments LLC that is in good standing (a “Personal Portfolio”), as displayed by the interactive instructions shown via the Stash platform, AND (iii) initiate and complete a minimum, single deposit of at least $5.00 (five) dollars into an Individual Account that is in good standing prior to 11:59pm ET on the 30th calendar day after taking action on your offer message. For purposes of this Promotion, a deposit of funds shall be considered complete once the transaction has fully settled in your Individual Account. For the avoidance of doubt, the minimum deposit of at least $5.00 (five dollars) must be completed in a single deposit, not multiple deposits aggregating to at least $5.00 (five dollars). If you satisfy the conditions stated herein, Stash will make a one-time deposit of $50.00 (fifty dollars) into the cash balance of your Personal Portfolio (“Bonus Funds”). You are only eligible to receive one reward of Bonus Funds hereunder, even in the event you complete more than $5 (five dollar) in a single deposit of funds into your Individual Account(s) during the promotion period. 

For the avoidance of doubt, if you have opened an Individual Account and have any Auto-Invest feature or recurring transfer “on” with respect to any Individual Account as of the date you receive your offer message, and/or you have already completed a deposit of any funds into any Individual Account as of the effective date of these Promotion Terms, you are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. 

Eligibility - Fee Waiver

To be eligible to qualify for a fee waiver under this Promotion, you must have received an offer to participate in this Promotion directly from Stash, and elect to participate in the Promotion. 

You will not be eligible to participate or continue to participate in this Promotion if (a) you elect to cancel your platform tier service subscription plan following your election to participate in this Promotion, prior to the beginning of your Fee Waiver Period, or during your Fee Waiver Period, (b) you change your billing period frequency following your election to participate in this Promotion, prior to the beginning of your Fee Waiver Period, or during your Fee Waiver Period, or (c) you otherwise do not complete the eligibility steps in a manner consistent with the previous sentence.  

If you satisfy all of the conditions in the previous paragraphs, and you are a customer who has the Stash Starter subscription and elected to be billed on a monthly frequency, you will be eligible to receive a fee waiver of $3 of the $3 fixed fee portion of your monthly Stash Fee for the first full billing period starting after the date you satisfy the eligibility criteria and ending after a total of three (3) billing periods (such aggregate period, your “Fee Waiver Period”).  If you satisfy all of the conditions in the previous paragraphs, and you are a customer who has the Stash Plus subscription and elected to be billed on a monthly frequency, you will be eligible to receive a fee waiver of $12 of the $12 fixed fee portion of your monthly Stash Fee for the first full billing period starting after the date you satisfy the eligibility criteria and ending after a total of three (3) billing periods (such aggregate period, your “Fee Waiver Period”). If you elect to upgrade or downgrade your platform tier service subscription plan following your election to participate in this Promotion, prior to the beginning of your Fee Waiver Period, or during your Fee Waiver Period, your Fee Waiver Period will remain an aggregate period of three (3) billing periods but will apply to your revised platform tier election following your upgrade or downgrade.

If you satisfy all of the conditions in the eligibility paragraphs, and you are a customer who elected the Stash Starter subscription and elected to be billed on an annual frequency, you will be eligible to receive a partial fee waiver of $9 of the $32 (or, prior to applying a 10% annual discount, $13 of the $36) fixed fee portion of your annual Stash Fee for the first full annual billing period starting after the date you satisfy the eligibility criteria and ending on the day immediately prior to the first year anniversary of such billing period start date (such aggregate period, your “Fee Waiver Period”). If you satisfy all of the conditions in the eligibility paragraphs, and you are a customer who elected the Stash Plus subscription and elected to be billed on an annual frequency, you will be eligible to receive a partial fee waiver of $36 of the $129 (or, prior to applying a 10% annual discount, $51 of the $144) fixed fee portion of your annual Stash Fee for the first full annual billing period starting after the date you satisfy the eligibility criteria and ending on the day immediately prior to the first year anniversary of such billing period start date (such aggregate period, your “Fee Waiver Period”). 

Other Information

For the avoidance of doubt, in the event you only complete the designated registration process to receive the Financial Counseling Service (if applicable to you, as such term is defined in your Advisory Agreement) from Stash, or you do not otherwise complete the designated registration process required for opening an Individual Account in accordance with the above, you will not be eligible to receive the Bonus Funds under this Promotion. 

Bonus Funds must remain in your Personal Portfolio for ninety (90) days beginning from the date the Bonus Funds are deposited into your Personal Portfolio and for the entirety of the 90-day period. The Bonus Funds deposited by Stash is a fixed cash value and does not constitute stock or any other security, nor is it a recommendation to buy any specific stock or other security. 

Your Personal Portfolio must remain in good standing in order to receive the fee waiver and/or Bonus Funds under this Promotion. Stash reserves the right to determine in our sole discretion whether an account is closed and/or in good standing. An account in good standing for purposes of this Promotion is an account for which all required opening documentation has been completed and verified, and is not locked, or restricted, or otherwise flagged in any way. If your Personal Portfolio is closed or not in good standing for any reason at any time, your Bonus Funds will be forfeited. If your Bonus Funds are deposited in error at any time, your Bonus Funds may be forfeited.

Stash reserves the right to modify, amend or cancel this Promotion and/or these Promotion Terms without prior notice, at any time, and for any reason. Stash may withhold or recover any Bonus Funds and/or fees waived if Stash determines that such funds and/or fee waiver were obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, or that you received an invitation from Stash to participate in this Promotion in error, or were awarded to you in error, or that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided when opening your account, or that any terms of your Advisory Agreement, Terms of Use, or these Promotion Terms have been violated. Promotion available to U.S residents only. This Promotion is not valid with any other promotions and is non-transferrable. The value of the Bonus Funds and/or fee waiver hereunder may be taxable income to you. You are responsible for any federal or state taxes resulting from receipt of the Bonus Funds hereunder and should consult your tax advisor if you have questions about the tax treatment of such Bonus Funds. 

If, for any reason, this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Stash which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Stash reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with this Promotion, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion. In the event of termination, Stash will not award Bonus Funds to those who have satisfied the eligibility criteria set forth herein at or following the time of termination. Stash assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, this Promotion. Stash is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Stash on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion.
