NO DEPOSIT, PURCHASE, OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

The following promotion is intended for participants located in the United States and the District of Columbia only and shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the United States. Do not proceed in this promotion if you are not a legal resident of the United States. Further eligibility restrictions are contained in the official rules below.

ELIGIBILITY: The “Stash Cash Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is offered by Stash Investments LLC (“Stash” or “Sponsor”), an affiliate of Stash Financial, Inc. Stash is not a bank or depository institution licensed in any jurisdictions. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry (individually defined as “Entrant” and collectively defined as “Entrants”). Void in all U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law. This Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Entrants may be required to meet certain provisions of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, 15 U.S.C. ¬ß 80b-1, and the rules thereunder. Entrants must have Internet access in order to enter the Sweepstakes. Stash will use commercially reasonable efforts to exclude employees of Stash, and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and members of the immediate family or household of each, from being eligible to win prizes under this Sweepstakes. Immediate family member is defined as a parent, sibling or any person residing in the same household as an employee.

TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins on December 16, 2024 at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on January 19, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (“Promotion Period”).

FIVE (5) WEEKLY ENTRY PERIODS: During the Promotion Period, there will be five (5) Weekly Entry Periods (each a “Weekly Entry Period”). Each Weekly Entry Period will be as follows:

Weekly Entry Period #1: Begins on December 16, 2024 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on December 22, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST;

Weekly Entry Period #2: Begins on December 23, 2024 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on December 29, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST;

Weekly Entry Period #3: Begins on December 30, 2024 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on January 5, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST;

Weekly Entry Period #4: Begins on January 6, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on January 12, 2025 at 11:59: PM EST; and

Weekly Entry Period #5: Begins on January 13, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST ends on January 19, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.

TWO (2) WAYS TO ENTER: During a Weekly Entry Period (A) AUTO-STASH OR DIRECT DEPOSIT ACCOUNT ENTRY METHOD: Entrants must (i) complete the registration process for the first time by clicking through to sign up on the campaign landing page at stash.com/investing-app/stash-cash and set up an Auto-Stash or Direct Deposit for at least five dollars ($5.00) in the Stash platform; and (ii) have the Auto-Stash or Direct Deposit active at the time of the corresponding Weekly Entry Period Random Drawing, as defined below, to earn one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes; OR (B) ALTERNATE ENTRY METHOD: To enter without setting up an Auto-Stash or Direct Deposit for at least five dollars ($5.00) in the Stash platform, Entrants will be required to hand print their complete name, mailing address including zip code and a valid email address on a piece of paper and mailing it in an envelope with sufficient First Class Postage to: Stash Cash Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1008, Manhasset, NY 11030 (“Alternate Entries”). All Alternate Entries must be postmarked by and received by the following dates for each Weekly Entry Period:

Weekly Entry Period #1: All Alternate Entries must be postmarked by December 23, 2024 and received by December 31, 2024;

Weekly Entry Period #2: All Alternate Entries must be postmarked by December 30, 2024 and received by January 7, 2025;

Weekly Entry Period #3: All Alternate Entries must be postmarked by January 6, 2025 and received by January 13, 2025;

Weekly Entry Period #4: All Alternate Entries must be postmarked by January 13, 2025 and received by January 21, 2025; and

Weekly Entry Period #5: All Alternate Entries must be postmarked by January 21, 2025 and received by 28, 2025.

Limit up to one (1) Entry per Entrant during the Promotion Period, regardless of Entry Method.

Incomplete Entries will be void. Your Entry constitutes your consent to participate in this Sweepstakes and your consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver your name, address, email address, telephone number and other information to PCG365, LLC, (“Administrator”) for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes. Your Entry further constitutes your consent to receive commercial emails from Sponsor (all such information provided to Sponsor is subject to and will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at Stash.com/theprivacypolicy. You may opt-out of receiving commercial emails from Sponsor at any time in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Eligibility to participate in this Sweepstakes is not dependent upon Entrant’s continued consent to receive such e-mails; and opting out of receiving such e-mails and updates will not impact any Entrant’s chances of winning. All requested information on the Entry must be provided in English to be entered and eligible to win. All Entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned and the Sponsor has the right to dispose of the Entries following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, postage due Entries or Entries that have been tampered with or not obtained through legitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified. Mechanically reproduced Entries or Entries generated or submitted with the use of a robotic, automated, macro, or script device, or other automated means or any other means intended to impact the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in Sponsors’ sole discretion are void. Sponsor is not responsible for illegible, incomplete or stolen Entries or Entries that are processed late or are lost or deleted due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error. The use of automated devices is not valid for Entry. Sponsor may reject any Entry it believes is the result of fraud or was submitted in violation of these official rules. By entering, all Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor will not assume responsibility for any third party’s failure to act in accordance with its instructions pertaining to Sweepstakes implementation.

If you use a mobile device to enter this Sweepstakes, message and data rates may apply, and Entrants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable charges. Please consult your wireless-service provider regarding its pricing plans.

FIVE (5) WEEKLY ENTRY PERIOD RANDOM DRAWINGS/SELECTION OF FIVE (5) WINNERS: Sponsor will select one (1) winner from among all eligible Entries received in each Weekly Entry Period (each a “Weekly Entry Period Random Drawing”). A total of five (5) Weekly Entry Period Random Drawings will be conducted and a total of five (5) winners (individually defined as a “Winner” and collectively defined as “Prize Winners”) will be selected. The Weekly Entry Period Random Drawings will take place on or about the following dates:

Weekly Entry Period #1 Random Drawing: January 27, 2025

Weekly Entry Period #2 Random Drawing: February 3, 2025

Weekly Entry Period #3 Random Drawing: February 10, 2025

Weekly Entry Period #4 Random Drawing: February 17, 2025; and

Weekly Entry Period #5 Random Drawing: February 24, 2025

Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible Entries received in each Weekly Entry Period. The Random Drawings will be conducted by Administrator whose decisions are final and binding in connection with this Sweepstakes. Entries received in previous Weekly Entry Periods and not selected as a Prize Winner in the corresponding Weekly Entry Period Random Drawing will not be eligible for subsequent Weekly Entry Period Random Drawings.

FIVE (5) PRIZES: Five (5) Winners will each receive one (1) five hundred dollars ($500) deposit into his/her Stash Smart Portfolio account (“Prize”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize: $500. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $2,500. ALL EXPENSES, TAXES AND COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF PRIZE NOT SET FORTH IN THESE RULES IS THE OBLIGATION OF THE WINNERS. Winners will be required to open a Stash Smart Portfolio Account prior to receiving the Prize money deposit and Winners will not be able to withdraw the Prize money from their Stash Smart Portfolio account until ninety (90) days after the Prize money deposit has been made. Cash substitution and/or any other prize substitution are not allowed. Prizes cannot be assigned or transferred, except at discretion of Sponsor. Prizes are awarded WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND from Sponsor, express or implied, without limitation.

GENERAL: The Winners will be notified Administrator by email on or about three (3) business days after each corresponding Weekly Entry Period Random Drawing is conducted. The Winners will be required to complete, sign, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability, a Liability Release, and where legal, a Publicity Release within five (5) days of first attempted notification. If PCG365 LLC is unable to contact a Winner after reasonable effort, or if a Winner fails to respond within five (5) days of first attempted notification, that Winner will be disqualified and the prize forfeited and the prize will be awarded to an alternate Winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received during the corresponding Weekly Entry Period.

Nothing in this Sweepstakes constitutes investment advice, nor does any information in this Sweepstakes constitute a comprehensive and complete statement of the matters discussed or the law relating thereto. You alone assume the sole responsibility of evaluating the merits and risks associated with the use of any information displayed through this Sweepstakes before making any decisions based on such information. In exchange for participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree not to hold Stash, or any third party service provider liable for any possible claim for damages arising from any decision you make based on information made available to you through this Sweepstakes. Participating in this Sweepstakes is not an endorsement by you, and you should not construe participation by any other user in this Sweepstakes to be an endorsement by any such user, of Stash’s investment advisory products or services, or of your or such user’s experiences as a Stash customer.

By entering, all Entrants (a) agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Stash (including but not limited to eligibility determinations) which are final and legally binding in all respects; (b) agree to release Sponsor and each of its employees and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein and acknowledge that Sponsor and their employees and agents have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose; (c) consent to use of his/her/their name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with this Sweepstakes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law; and (d) agree to Stash's use of Entrant’s personal information as described in Stash’s privacy policy at https://www.stash.com/theprivacypolicy.

INTERNET/WIRELESS: If, for any reason, the Internet portion of this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, whether due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of termination, a random drawing to award the Prizes may be conducted by Sponsor in its sole discretion from among Entries received up until the time of termination. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute, Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry or attributable to such Entrant’s Stash Personal Portfolio. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

DISPUTES: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in New York having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will Entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (e.g. costs associated with entering), and each Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

PUBLICITY: By accepting a Prize, each Winner grants Sponsor the right, except where prohibited by law, to use his/her/their name, likeness, picture, address (city and state), e-mail address, voice, biographical information and written or oral statements, for advertising and promotional purposes in promoting or publicizing Sponsor and their respective products or services, without compensation unless required by law. You shall have no right of approval, no claim to compensation, and no claim (including, without limitation, claims based on invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity) arising out of any use, blurring, alteration, or use in composite form of your name, picture, likeness, address (city and state), email address, biographical information, or entry. The rights granted under this paragraph shall extend to submissions and all other submitted materials related to the Sweepstakes, including those submitted by non-winners and winners.
